Eye see you!
Well hello y'all--it's been crazy busy. Holidays decorating for Halloween Chanukah & Christmas, Now it's another shiny new year with so much going on in our life & the world in general.... I had two eye surgery's in the past month, It's a blessing to be able to see better without the "clouds"in my eyes. Getting older is a trip and I do my best with all the health problems I collected the past 30 years. I share much responsibility in helping to raise these grand-kids. 3 years ago Dom couldn't speak more then 3 1 syllable words. To see him now is such a blessing,most don't know he's on Autism spectrum. He is bright witty and a good kid. He has his glitches for sure,but I no longer have to carry him out of stores screaming biting and kicking like a mad man. The first time I tried to read a bedtime story to him---Dom threw a fit and also threw the transformers book at my head! The next night I kept trying and got the name of the title out. Night after night I kept trying to read a sentence,in time it was a whole paragraph! Now 3 years later he expects his story every-night! He also reads to me!!
It's so strange to be writing like I used tt. 14 years ago I found https://www.writing.com/main/portfolio/view/dlspiritwriter, ( I was dddreamcat-!)
Kat was not yet born when I took a chance and made an account. The folks there were s o nice and supportive. It gave me the courage to share my thoughts and poems-stories-life! The weather is so cold and wet here. Miss the time we lived in the south-- going back in G-ds time! I'm thankful for Facebook where I have connected with so many good folks over the years from my past and met quite a few as well.Catholics, Jewish, Pagan Buddhists and others hoping for a better world. Doing what we can to improve it. Creating a non-judgmental space for the most part. we may not always agree on topics--yet willing to have an open mind to learn something new.
So I am renewing my writing.com account hoping 2018 will bring me bits of time to balance for writing-studying my Hebrew with my dear partner from jnet.org. I'm also trying to work in my study Of Jewish folklore on yivo.org. There is so much I don't know about that side of my roots. My other special thing is to return to balletfantasque.org Where they have adult classes for folks like me who are older but love to dance
In short we are doing all we can to give these sweet kids a headstart in life. Teaching them morals and supporting them in school. It's NOT easy but we are the only ones who can do it. I thank all for the kindness and hugs you have shared over the years or whatever time! Gotta go and make sure Dom drinks his water! God Bless! oxoxox

Hey I'M still above ground Y'all!
Sometimes you just have to take a leap of faith! I am doing that because there is no other way to help my family to really be ok.
Have not been on here or the many other places I keep starting--hoping to be a constant.Many folks have been so kind and encouraging me to keep writing...
My time is filled with taking care of Grandkids--teaching and loving them and trying to help them grow up to be good folks and do worthwhile things in this world. Over the past 13 years have never asked for anything . I gave my heart to sharing things that would help and encourage people.I'm asking now for those who could help to do so and others to just pray. We have helped many over the years and have given to charities like St Jude Childrens Hospital,save the children. Jewish free Burial society and other good causes. Thank you for your time and caring. Hi It's been awhile since posting here! I can tell my last one was great Xmas music! LOl So working on updating condensing blogs. No small task!
