Hi Y'all! " In real Time" # 1 2016
Sometimes I feel so inspired~ The words just seem to pour through my brain, ready to take notes on whatever subject is being presented so to speak to me. Yet life is like driving you must pay attention,be aware of others and the rules of the road(whether or not others think them important for others safety.)
One must be ready to stop on an unexpected dime if someone walks or bikes out of no-where expecting others will pay attention instead. Cars that don't bother to use a turning signal until (maybe) as their turning the corner in front of your car.
And so finding time to stop and put myself into writing,or even have the mood or energy at the same time seems to be one of my own challenges. Taking solace knowing time is always ticking and knows when things are ripe to happen!
In the forefront is my family, and as I tell some of the folks who I work with,as well as my Grandkids with Special Needs. "We are a reality show without the cameras! Humor is an important tool in our First Aid kit! Groucho Marx Said it best, "Everybody knows there is no Insanity clause!" In real time and life no matter the disabilty--there can also be A-bilty!
I try to maintain our privacy and keep my writings, activism patient After dealing with many agencies over the past and continuing to,I see so much lack in our education and special Education systems. There are great people who work in it,yet others who judge, don't or can't offer more options for Children with Autism spectrum,or Aspergers.
There are many topics on my mind these days. I see the news with so much horror and in between stories of bravery and heroes-living day to day lives. I have many "followers" Which is nice, and so many folks who have been family over the many decades to me/us. I don't even have much time to say hello besides a like or a few words posted,a birthday comment.
I do see the dawn of my being able to share what I have learned, from many situations.
Being a special needs caretaker/educator takes a lot. When it is also 24/7 at home,it takes yet gives so much. I'm practicing here to see if my muse is still around!! until next time Be well & happy!
